Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and data directly within the app.

Instructions:

  1. Open NeuraVault.
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy.
  3. Tap Delete My Data and confirm.
⚠️ CRITICAL: Subscription Warning

Deleting your account DOES NOT cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and must be canceled in your iPhone Settings.

What gets deleted?

  • Server Data: Your user ID, email (if linked), and sync data are removed immediately.
  • Local Data: Watchlists, settings, and journal entries on your device are wiped.
  • Journal Photos: Photos attached to journal entries are stored locally on your device. They are deleted when you delete the app or wipe data.
