How do I restore Pro access?
Open NeuraVault → Settings (or Paywall) → Tap "Restore Purchases".
I'm not getting alerts
Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → NeuraVault. Also ensure "Background App Refresh" is on.
How do I request a refund?
We cannot issue refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
