Privacy Policy

Summary: NeuraVault is a tool for traders. We do not sell your data. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

1. Data We Collect & How It's Used

We classify data collection based on App Store guidelines:

A. Contact Info Linked to You

  • Email Address: Collected only if you sign in. Used for account management, customer support, and product updates (only if you opt-in).

B. Purchases Linked to You

  • Purchase History: We use RevenueCat to validate your subscription status (Pro vs Free). We do not have access to your credit card or raw payment details; these are handled securely by Apple.

C. Identifiers (App Functionality) Linked to You

  • User ID / Device ID: Used to sync your watchlist and settings securely across your devices.
  • Push Notification Token: Used solely to deliver alerts (Price Alerts, Scanner Results) that you configure. We do not use push tokens for marketing tracking or share them with data brokers.

D. User Content Not Linked / Local Only

  • Journal Photos & Screenshots: Any images you attach to your Trading Journal are stored locally on your device. They are NOT uploaded to our servers. If you delete the app, these images are deleted.
  • Support Tickets: Messages you explicitly send to support are stored to help resolve your issue.

E. Usage & Diagnostics Not Linked

  • Product Interaction: If you opt-in to analytics, we collect anonymous usage data (e.g., "Scanner feature used") to improve the app. This is not used for tracking.
  • Crash Data: We use Sentry to collect anonymous crash reports to fix bugs.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted services to operate the app:

  • RevenueCat: Subscription infrastructure.
  • Expo / Apple APNs: Notification delivery infrastructure.
  • Sentry: Error reporting.
  • Binance Public API: Market data source (we do not access your Binance account).

3. Data Retention & Deletion

You have full control over your data.

  • Deletion: You can delete your account via Settings → Privacy → Delete My Data.
  • Timeline: Server data is removed immediately (backups purged within 30 days).
  • Local Data: Deleting the app removes all locally stored data (Journal, Settings).

4. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
