By using NeuraVault ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

2. No Financial Advice

Risk Warning: NeuraVault is an informational tool for chart analysis and alerts. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Trading involves significant risk. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Management: Subscriptions are managed by Apple. We cannot cancel them for you.
Cancellation: Go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to cancel anytime at least 24 hours before renewal.
Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to Apple Support.

4. Data & Service

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that market data (sourced from third parties like Binance) will always be timely or error-free. The App is provided "as is".

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or use the App for illegal purposes.
